League Notes:

Standard League Notes:

  • Format: This league is a great way to try several sports without having to commit to one for the whole season. There will be a different sport played each week
  • Sports: We'll play some of the classics like Dodgeball, Basketball, Handball, Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball and Soccer, and we'll throw in a few fun surprises!
  • Game Length: All games are 55 minutes in length
  • Gender Requirements: This is a co-ed league, and each sport will have slightly different gender requirements
  • Length of Season: This Season is 10 weeks long (8 weeks of regular season + 2 weeks of playoffs)
  • Playoffs: Every team is guaranteed 2 weeks of playoffs, with the top 4 teams playing for the championship
  • Exclusion Dates: No games on March 18 (March Break)
  • Skill Level: Teams are expected to be at a Recreational/Intermediate skill level
  • Jerseys: Teams are not required to have team jerseys, but we recommend teams wear matching shirts
  • Officials: Every game will be monitored by a league rep, teams should be prepared to self-officiate their games.

  • Equipment: Equipment will be provided by the league each week for each sport
  • Other: All registration fees are subject to HST. Your spot is not guaranteed until you have paid in full


There are no refunds after the registration deadline.



Convenience fees on credit card payments. When processing a refund for any reason (subject to our refund policy), the convenience fee will not be refunded (as it is not refunded by the credit card processor company on our end).

Location Notes:

  • Games will most likely be played at Sacred Heart Elementary (Sacre-Coeur) (Bloor & Christie)
  • Other venues may be used when necessary
