League Notes:

Standard League Notes:

  • Format: This Co-ed Ultimate Frisbee League is played 5-on-5
  • Game Length: All games are 90 minutes (2 x 40 minute halves with a 5 minute warm-up and a 5 minute half-time)
  • Gender Requirements:  Teams must have a minimum of 2 males and 2 females on the field at all times 
  • Length of Season: This season is 14 weeks long (12 weeks of regular season)
  • Playoffs: Every team is guaranteed 2 weeks of playoffs, with the top 4 teams playing for the championship
  • Exclusion Dates: No games on July 1 (Canada Day)
  • Skill Level: Teams are expected to be at an Intermediate/Recreational skill level
  • Jerseys: Teams are not required to have team jerseys, but we recommend teams wear matching shirts
  • Officials: Every game will be self-officiated, meaning players call their own fouls, penalties, etc.

  • Equipment: Teams will be given a Disc, and will also be loaned a set of pylons, which should be returned at the end of the season
  • Other: All registration fees are subject to HST. Your spot is not guaranteed until you have paid in full

Skill Level Breakdown:

  • Recreational: Most players will have basic skills, and some players may be playing Ultimate for the first time
  • Intermediate: Most players have good skills, and most players have played Ultimate at some level
  • Competitive: Most players have very good skills, and most have played Ultimate at a high level


There are no refunds after the registration deadline.

Convenience fees on credit card payments. When processing a refund for any reason (subject to our refund policy), the convenience fee will not be refunded (as it is not refunded by the credit card processor company on our end).
