League Notes:

Standard League Notes:

  • Format: This league is a great way to try several sports without having to commit to one for the whole season. There will be a different sport played each week
  • Sports: We'll start the season with some indoor classics like Dodgeball, Basketball, Handball and/or Volleyball, and then we'll head outside for sports like Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Blitzball, Kickball, and Softball.
  • Game Length: All games are 55 minutes in length
  • Gender Requirements: This is a co-ed league, and each sport will have different gender requirements
  • Length of Season: This Season is 8 weeks long (6 weeks of regular season + 2 weeks of playoffs)
  • Playoffs: Every team is guaranteed 2 weeks of playoffs, with the top 4 teams playing for the championship
  • Exclusion Dates: No exclusion dates
  • Skill Level: Teams are expected to be at a Recreational or Intermediate skill level
  • Jerseys: Teams are not required to have team jerseys, but we recommend teams wear matching shirts
  • Officials: Every game will be monitored by a league rep, teams should be prepared to self-officiate their games.

  • Equipment: Equipment will be provided by the league each week for each sport
  • Other: All registration fees are subject to HST. Your spot is not guaranteed until you have paid in full


There are no refunds after the registration deadline.

Convenience fees on credit card payments. When processing a refund for any reason (subject to our refund policy), the convenience fee will not be refunded (as it is not refunded by the credit card processor company on our end).

Location Notes:

Indoor games will most likely take place at École élémentaire catholique du Sacre-Coeur (Christie & Bloor), with other venues being used as needed.

Outdoor games will take place at nearby fields.
