League Notes:

Standard League Notes:

  • Format: This Co-ed Soccer League is played 6-on-6 (including the goalie)
  • Game Length: All games are 90 minutes (2 x 40 minute halves with a 5 minute warm-up and a 5 minute half-time)
  • Gender Requirements: Teams must have a minimum of 2 males and 2 females on the field at all times 
  • Length of Season: This season is 14 weeks long (12 weeks of regular season)
  • Playoffs: Every team is guaranteed 2 weeks of playoffs, with the top 4 teams playing for the championship
  • Exclusion Dates: No games on July 1 (Canada Day)
  • Skill Level: Teams are expected to be at a Recreational/Intermediate skill level
  • Jerseys: Teams are not required to have team jerseys, but we recommend teams wear matching shirts
  • Officials: Every game will be self-officiated, meaning players call their own fouls, penalties, etc.

  • Equipment: Teams will be required to put down a $200 equipment deposit for this league, which covers the rental of a portable net. Individual deposit is $20/player. The deposit will be returned at the end of the season, when the net is returned to the league. Teams will need to supply their own balls. Should any teams have their own net from a previous season, please email us to refund your deposit (admin@trsl.ca)
  • Other: All registration fees are subject to HST. Your spot is not guaranteed until you have paid in full


There are no refunds for any reason after the registration deadline.

Convenience fees on credit card payments. When processing a refund for any reason (subject to our refund policy), the convenience fee will not be refunded (as it is not refunded by the credit card processor company on our end).
