3. Highest head-to-head +/- (in matches between teams tied after 1 and 2)
if still tied,
Highest overall +/- ; if still tied,
Random draw.

Note: For ease of calculation, overall +/- may be used as a tie-breaker
ahead of head-to-head during the regular season. Final standings will
be determined as described in 1 thru 5.
