How the Standings are calculated:
- 3 points for a win; 1 point for a tie; 0 points for a loss
- The order is determined by:
  1. Most points ; if still tied,
  2. Head-to-head -- points accumulated in matches between (among) tied teams ; if still tied,
  3. Head-to-head -- +/- in matches between (among) tied teams ; if still tied,
  4. Highest +/- ; if still tied,
  5. Random draw.
Note: For ease of calculation, +/- may be used as a tie-breaker ahead of head-to-head
during the regular season. Final standings will be determined as described in 1 thru 5.
