The order is determined by:

Games Behind ; if still tied,
Winning Percentage ; if still tied,
Head-to-head -- W/L record in matches between (among) tied teams ; if still tied,
Head-to-head -- +/- in matches between (among) tied teams ; if still tied,
Highest +/- ; if still tied,
Random draw.

Note: For ease of calculation, +/- may be used as a tie-breaker ahead of head-to-head
during the regular season. Final standings will be determined as described in 1 thru 6.
